We are a TEAM of providers who believe in big dreams. We help children build a strong foundation that lasts a life time. Our mission is grounded in our faith-based belief that every child has unique gifts and talents waiting to be discovered.

Founded over twenty-two years ago and headquartered in Northwest Arkansas, our company continues to grow and thrive, just like the kids we serve!

PEDIATRIC THERAPY

Voted ‘Best of the Best’ in Northwest Arkansas, Children’s Therapy T.E.A.M. clinics offer the region’s only pediatric, warm water therapy pools, one of the region’s few AAC evaluation programs, NWA’s only hemiplegia movement therapy camps, and many other specialized treatments that are difficult to find elsewhere in our region.

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

The Kids Studio in Rogers, Arkansas is a faith-based early learning childcare center and preschool. Children from six weeks through the early learning years receive year-round care that fosters their body, mind, social-emotional well-being, and faith formation.

INSPIRING LEARNING

The Grace School by Children’s ABA T.E.A.M. is the only school of its kind in Northwest Arkansas. The school uses a year-round model of instruction and principals of Applied Behavior Analysis to guide learning. Precision Teaching is used to ensure foundational skills are mastered before moving on. Measurable learning outcomes combined with a compassionate, caring learning setting make the school an appealing private school alternative for parents looking for different educational options.

TEAMworks OUTREACH

TEAMworks is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit ogranization founded by Children’s T.E.A.M. employees. The TEAMworks mission is to improve and enhance the lives of children with disabilities locally and around the globe. Therapists, specialists, and equipment providers volunteer their time and expertise to make a difference in the lives of families touched by disability.

Children's ABA T.E.A.M.

We treat children with autism and developmental disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Lead by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s), our treatment teams of BCBA fellows and Registered Behavior Technicians provide optional care for children.

Our teachers lead the only school of its kind in NWA. Precision Teaching with ABA methodology guides our educators in their quest to empower children in their own learning.

TEAM Board Certified Applied Behavior Analysts partner with families, educators, and Children’s Therapy TEAM PT, OT, and ST professionals to offer comprehensive behavioral programming.



With over 380 years of collective experience, our speech-language pathology team empowers children with the life-changing communication skills.

Our early childhood teachers and care providers offer nurturing care for children from infancy through pre-K.

As a licensed medical equipment provider, we are able to custom fit orthotics designed just for kids.

We provide comprehensive Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) evaluation, as well as ongoing support.
