Data Breach Notice
TriZetto Provider Solutions (“TPS”) experienced a cybersecurity incident that involved the protected health information of some Children’s Therapy TEAM clients.
In the interest of transparency, Children’s TEAM is offering this public notice about a cybersecurity incident involving TriZetto Provider Solutions (TPS), a medical clearinghouse under HIPAA, that provides billing-related services to Children’s Therapy TEAM as well as other healthcare providers, such as hospitals, health systems, and physician practices.
Clients may receive communication in the mail directly from Kroll, Inc., an incident response and monitoring company hired by TPS. Kroll, Inc. will begin mailing notices on February 6, 2026. Clients can directly access TriZetto’s Breach Notice here.
Of note, according to TPS the incident did not affect, “payment card, bank account, or other financial information” and TPS is not aware of any identity theft or fraud related to the use of any affected individual’s information at this time. However, out of an abundance of caution, those who believe they may be potentially impacted by the incident may enroll in monitoring services through May 9, 2026.
