One doesn’t have to look far to find Children’s T.E.A.M. providers worthy of a provider spotlight. Excellence in care has been a hallmark of Children’s T.E.A.M. for over 20 years. Founded by therapists who are moms of children with disabilities, Children’s T.E.A.M. draws many of the most talented professionals in the region including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavior analysts, and technicians, teachers, and equipment professionals.

Children’s Therapy T.E.A.M. provider spotlight is on professionals with more combined years of experience than any provider in the region. Children’s Therapy T.E.A.M. therapists travel to schools, homes, and childcare facilities. They also serve in outpatient pediatric therapy clinics offering NWA’s first warm-water pediatric aquatic therapy pool, specialized Children’s ABA T.E.A.M. treatment for children with autism, mobility camp hemiplegia treatment, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) assessment and support, and specialized equipment and resources for successful outcomes to therapy.
Grace School Faculty Set Standard of Excellence in NWA.
The entire faculty was saluted in a provider highlight in 2022. The school become the first of its kind in NWA to be fully accredited. The Grace School serves students with autism and developmental disabilities. As the first Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider in Northwest Arkansas, the school takes seriously its leadership role in promoting evidence-based practices in the region. Partnering with learners to help them reach their highest level of independence and achievement, The Grace School empowers students and supports families to enjoy the highest quality of life and to effectively participate in the community.
Fully accredited as a special purpose tutoring school, The Grace School offers a year-round, day school alternative for learners with autism and developmental disabilities. Qualified faculty include Board Certified Behavior Analysts and teachers trained in Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching. Extensive assessment practices are used to find challenging, accessible, and rewarding learning programs for each student. Guiding principles at The Grace School include: 1) Students engage in active, individualized learning; 2) Students have a right to effective teaching; and 3) Growth and progress are driven by daily, data-based decisions.
