‘Children’s T.E.A.M. Careers’ sites have launched!
The driving inspiration behind launching Children’s TEAM Careers sites is to highlight the spirit, culture, and camaraderie of Children’s T.E.A.M. “Our new sites give us an opportunity to really focus on lifting up and celebrating our providers who in turn give so much to the families we serve,” said Becky Carney, Director of Communications.
The site was launched by McKenzi Lane, Children’s T.E.A.M.’s Executive Recruiter, enthusiastically popping confetti on Friday, July 15th. Carney shares, “McKenzi’s uplifting spirit and dedication to her work both as a recruiter and pediatric therapist make her the perfect fit for leading our career sites. Also, our behind-the-scenes visionary, Grace Olsen, has a real gift for masterfully capturing the joy of any moment.”
Across disciplines ranging from pediatric therapies (OT, PT, SLP, ABA) to early childhood education, and on to special education, Children’s T.E.A.M. providers are known for going above and beyond not just for their clients, but also to support one another. Carney went on to say, “The culture of Children’s TEAM has been such a blessing in my own life over my 14 years here. I remember when a colleague made a homemade baby blanket for me. I was so touched! While my career at Children’s T.E.A.M. has offered me tremendous opportunities for continuous growth, it has been the many kindnesses shown to me by my colleagues, often out of the blue, that have been so uplifting.”
The Children’s T.E.A.M. Careers sites offer authentic glimpses of employees at Children’s T.E.A.M. The sites will feature milestone employee anniversaries, highlights of Northwest Arkansas living, the philanthropic outreach of TEAM members, professional development, and more.
